What we do
We act for the vessel or the line at the Dubai end: berth and wharfage arrangements, port and authority formalities, attendance on crew and stores, and the documentation the call generates. One point of contact for the master, the owner and the shipper.
What you provide
Vessel particulars, ETA and ETD, crew list, cargo manifest and stowage plan, and the owner's or charterer's appointment in writing. Any special requirement, such as bunkers, repairs or surveys, as early as you can give it.
What this does not cover
We act as agent. We are not the carrier and not the owner. We do not charter or operate vessels on your behalf, and we do not advance port disbursements before funds are received. Our agency work covers sea calls only; we do not represent air or rail carriers.
