Loading, discharge and stowage at the Dubai wharves, including breakbulk and awkward pieces.
What we do
We supervise loading and discharge at Dubai Creek, Deira Wharfage and Al Hamriya, arrange labour and lifting gear, plan stowage and lashing for the voyage, and check the cargo as it goes over the rail. Damage or shortage is recorded at the time, in writing, with photographs.
What you provide
Cargo packed for a sea voyage, marked and numbered to match the packing list. Weight per package, and any lifting points or slinging instructions. Notice of anything fragile, heavy, hazardous or out of gauge before it reaches the wharf.
What this does not cover
We do not pack, crate or palletise cargo at origin, and we do not repair packing that arrives unfit for sea carriage. We do not handle hazardous cargo without the declaration and approvals in place. We do not guarantee clearance of the wharf on a given day; berth availability is the port's call, not ours.
