Customs clearance
Declared clearance in Dubai as a licensed customs broker, and coordination with your broker at the discharge port.

What we do
We prepare and file the customs declaration in Dubai, classify the goods, present the documents to the authority and follow the entry through inspection and release. Duties and taxes are levied by the relevant customs authority and payable by the consignee at applicable rates. We tell you what has been assessed and show you the assessment.
What you provide
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where it is required, and the importer's or exporter's registration details. Permits or approvals for any controlled item, before the goods move. An honest description of the goods. A declaration that does not match the cargo is the fastest way to lose it.
What this does not cover
We are brokers, not the authority. We do not set duty rates, waive them, or advise on reducing them. We do not clear cargo on an inaccurate declaration. We do not offer guaranteed clearance times, because inspection is the customs authority's decision. Clearance on the Iranian side is handled by a licensed broker there; we coordinate, we do not substitute.
Send us the details and we will price it
Commodity, weight, volume, loading point, destination port. That is enough for a first number. The rest we work out together.
