What we screen, what we declare, and what we will not do

This page exists so a compliance team can read it and stop. If something here does not answer your question, ask us and we will put the answer in writing.

Dubai trade licence
1204563

Issued by the Government of Dubai, Department of Economy and Tourism. The licence names the five activities we advertise and can be checked against the DET register.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce
469941

Membership held against the same company registration and verifiable with the chamber.

Regulator
Dubai Maritime Authority

Maritime activity in Dubai sits under the Dubai Maritime Authority. Our sea cargo and agency work is carried out under its rules.

Legal form
Limited Liability Company (LLC)

A UAE limited liability company, registered in its own name with its own commercial register number.

Sanctions and denied-party screening

All shipments are screened against applicable sanctions and denied-party lists. We do not handle prohibited, restricted or dual-use goods without the required licences and end-user documentation. Where a party, a vessel or a commodity raises a flag, the booking stops until it is resolved. If it cannot be resolved, we decline the cargo.

Declared clearance

Every consignment we handle is declared to customs. Duties and taxes are levied by the relevant customs authority and payable by the consignee at applicable rates. We do not quote a duty figure as though it were ours to set, and we do not understate value, quantity or description on any document we prepare.

Border-trade regimes

Iran operates several border and crew-allowance trade regimes, and they are widely misdescribed in forwarder marketing on this lane. Eligibility, permitted goods and value limits are determined by Iranian Customs (IRICA) and are subject to change. We will confirm current requirements for your consignment before booking. We do not present a personal or crew allowance as a commercial import channel.

Scope of service

We provide sea cargo services, shipping agency, cargo handling, customs brokerage and warehousing. We do not provide tax, duty-minimisation or legal advice. Air freight, courier and rail services are not on our trade licence, and we do not arrange them, directly or through a third party.

Verifying us

Our trade licence number and Dubai Chamber membership number are published on this site, and both can be checked with the bodies that issued them. If your onboarding file needs the licence document itself, ask and we will send it to you directly. We do not publish the document here, because it carries personal data.

Send us the details and we will price it

Commodity, weight, volume, loading point, destination port. That is enough for a first number. The rest we work out together.
